Please join Pet Peeves in supporting a proposed bill to ban the sale of commercially bred dogs, cat and rabbits in pet stores. A copy of the bill can be found here:

The Necessity

This is both an animal welfare and a consumer protection issue
If this bill passes, New York will join California, Maryland, and 300 other municipalities who have enacted similar legislation to protect both animals and consumers (Pending: Colorado, Maine, and New Jersey)
